At GITEX Dubai 2025, Giga Computing Technology Co., Ltd. KERNO is officially nominated by Giga Computing as a regional services partner for Giga Computing products. 
 
As part of this recognition, KERNO and Giga Computing have entered into a cooperation agreement, for which KERNO will serve as an official service center for GIGABYTE server products in the GCC region. 
 
This partnership confirms the following mutual commitment of both companies: 
 
  • For Giga Computing – ensuring world-class professional services for its customers in one of the fastest-growing regions. 
  • For KERNO – expanding its role, beyond local manufacturing of mission-critical enterprise servers, GPU platforms, AI solutions, and storage systems, to full-scale professional services for Giga Computing. 
 
The cooperation also supports the UAE’s "Make it in the Emirates" strategy, contributing to the growth of the local manufacturing and services ecosystem and strengthening regional technology independence. 
 
Raising Enterprise Services to a New Level 
 
All requests for after-sales / RMA services and other mission-critical professional services for GIGABYTE servers in the GCC region will now be handled by KERNO’s local Arabic-speaking team of engineers who are trained and certified by Giga Computing. Requests can be submitted online 24/7 through a dedicated web platform. 
 
  • Faster support turn-around – service processes will run directly through KERNO as a service partner, reducing lead time. 
  • Flexible support – engineers available for both remote trouble-shooting and on-site services. 
  • Full-lifecycle support – from hardware diagnostics to advanced configuration and optimization.
